This formula keeps the tape flexible and tough under long-time outdoor sunlight exposure, resisting cracking, aging and algae biofilm buildup. Emitters are co-extruded into the tape body in one production pass instead of being glued on afterward, so they will not peel or separate during mechanical laying and rolling. Each emitter has a built-in inlet pre-filter to trap coarse sediment before particles enter the labyrinth flow path. Water output stays uniform over long pipeline runs with minimal flow deviation between individual emitters.
